The designated properties referred to in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in SportMalta as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the dates specified in the Schedule. SCHEDULE

March, 2005: at Luqa having an area of approximately 3,738 square metres, bounded on Triq Xmun Azzopardi, on the West by Triq San Tumas and on the North Ġużeppi Ellul, indicated edged red on P.D.2006_592. As from 18th March, 2005: A plot of land at Pembroke having an area of approximately 4,558 bounded on the North-West by property held on temporary emphyteusis Football Club and on all other sides by Government property, indicated P.D.50_99_1. October, 2007: and 10 (formerly Shops 3, 2 and 1) Triq il-Magħkuba, Mġarr, having approximately 62, 62 and 65 square metres respectively, bounded on all Government properties, indicated edged red on P.D. 168_88_12. As from 1st October, 2007: Building Complex in Triq Santa Marija, Marsalforn, limits of Żebbuġ, consisting of Club House without number and concrete open space in club house having an area of approximately 597 square metres, bounded by said Triq Santa Marija, and on all other sides by Government properties, boundaries. The Club House having an area of approximately 234 bounded on the West by said Triq Santa Marija, on the East by above-mentioned open space, on the North and South by Government property is being to a height of 3.64 square metres from the level of the said open space its airspace which is to remain as a public terrace and subject to existing metres wide in favour of the public. The property is indicated edged 265_2003.
