Saving the provisions of the Medium Accuracy Weights

(Revocation) Regulations, 2011 and the Weights of Above-medium

Accuracy (Revocation) Regulations, 2011, and in accordance with

Article 6 (3) of the Directive, weights in conformity with the Medium

Accuracy Weights Regulations, 2002 and weights in conformity with the Weights of Above-medium Accuracy Regulations, 2002 may be subject to EC initial verification in accordance with regulations 11, 12 and 13 of the Measuring Instruments and Methods of Metrological Control Regulations 2006, until 30 November 2025.
