Saving the provisions of the Calibration of Tanks of

Inland Waterway Vessels and of Coasters (Revocation) Regulations,

2011, and in accordance with Article 6(1) of the Directive, EC initial verifications carried out and calibration certificates issued until 30 June 2011 under the Calibration of Tanks of Inland Waterway Vessels and of Coasters Regulations, 2002, shall remain valid. ARTICLE 6 OF DIRECTIVE 2011/17/EU)
