S.L. 452.95 Art. 12Dissemination of information.

It shall be the duty of the employer or any person or organisation to whom these regulations apply, to use appropriate means to bring the provisions of these regulations as well as of any measure taken to further the aim of these regulations to the attention of his employees, or of the organisation’s members, as the case may be, or to any other persons who may be affected by the actions of the employer or the organisation concerned.
