Summonses requiring the attendance of witnesses shall be served on the form prescribed in the Schedule, and shall contain an order to appear before the Wages Council concerned at a stated place and time for the purpose of giving evidence or to produce documents, if necessary, and shall be signed by the Chairman or by the Secretary of the Wages Council.
