S.L. 452.78 Art. 11Right of employee to demand a statement of parental leave taken.

Every employer shall be bound to keep a record of the parental leave granted to every employee and shall, on the demand of the employee which may be made even after termination of employment, deliver to the employee a written statement of the details of the leave granted to the employee.
