Vacation Leave entitlement shall be regulated in terms of the Weekly Day of Rest and Annual Vacation Leave National Standard Order, or any other Order substituting the same, that is four working weeks and four days. If any employee is required to work on a customary holiday, he shall be entitled to another day off to be availed of in agreement with his employer.
