S.L. 452.72 Art. 4Minimum wages.

The minimum weekly wages payable to whole-time employees shall be as follows -

Age 18 and over ............................................. €229.44 per week

Age 17 to 18 years .......................................... €222.66 per week

Under 17 years ............................................... €219.82 per week

Part-time employees shall be paid at an hourly rate pro rata or part thereof not below the national minimum wage, as determined in accordance with the same paragraph and divided by forty.
