S.L. 452.61 Art. 6Request for reimbursement. Cap. 12.

The request to the Tribunal for an order of reimbursement of any amount paid in excess of that laid down in these regulations shall be made by letter addressed to the Secretary of the Tribunal, and such order shall be deemed an executive title for the purposes of paragraphs article 251(c) and (d) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.
