S.L. 452.61 Art. 2Tariff of fees.

The following tariff shall apply to persons duly representing any party in proceedings before the Industrial Tribunal for cases of alleged unfair dismissal:

(a) for the drafting, filing and presentation of an introductory statement of case including the filing of any documents ancillary thereto or any other documents required by the Industrial Tribunal during the same proceedings:

(i) if the statement is in respect of the employer or of one employee: from 34.94 to 46.59

(ii) if the statement is made jointly in respect of two or more employees 46.59

(b) for every attendance before the Industrial Tribunal or at an inspection in faciem loci ............................................ 9.32

Provided that the total amount of fees charged under this regulation shall not exceed €93.17 in any one case.
