S.L. 452.55 Art. 14Minimum remuneration of part-time employees.

The minimum remuneration payable to part-time employees shall be at such hourly rate arrived at -

(a) in the case of watchmen, by dividing by fifty-four the weekly rate applicable to that category of watchmen, and

(b) in the case of other employees, by dividing by forty the weekly rate applicable to such other employees at age eighteen years or over.
