S.L. 452.35 Art. 7Minimumovertime rates.

(i) Whole-time employees shall be entitled to the payment of overtime and a half for all time worked in excess of an aggregate of forty-eight hours in any one week of six days, or, subject to the written authorisation of the Director of Labour, for all time worked in excess of an aggregate of ninety-six hours calculated over a period of two consecutive weeks of six days each.

(ii) Whole-time employees shall be entitled to the payment of overtime at double time for all time worked on the weekly day of rest.
