S.L. 452.35 Art. 5Minimum remuneration of part-time employees.

Part-time employees shall be entitled to a minimum hourly rate calculated in accordance with the provisions of pro rata paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Schedule, provided that for employment of not less than four hours in any one day payment shall in no case be less than the equivalent of a day’s work.
