S.L. 452.3 Art. 4Terms of reference.

The terms of reference of a Court of Inquiry shall be set out in writing by the Minister and transmitted to it before it holds its first sitting, provided that such terms of reference may be modified by the Minister by means of a letter after the Court has commenced its proceedings.
