S.L. 452.2 Art. 4Meaning of "sitting".

For the purposes of articles 2 and 3 a sitting shall mean a conference at which one or more witnesses are heard or at which one or more of the interested parties or their representatives set out ex parte views or arguments before the Board of Conciliation.
