S.L. 452.170 Art. 5Minimum wages.

The minimum wages of workers shall be as follows:

Whole-time employees Workers in Group 1 €1,016.37 per month Workers in Group 2 €1,000.08 per month Workers in Group 3 €234.68 per week Workers in Group 4 €232.93 per week Part-time employees Workers in Group 5 €38.82 per day Workers in Group 6 €5.82 per hour:

Provided that where employment exceeds four (4) hours in any one (1) day payment shall in no case be less than the equivalent of a day’s work:

Provided further that any part-time worker who qualifies as a whole-time employee in accordance with article 4 shall be entitled to the full weekly wage applicable under this article, notwithstanding that the worker works for less than six (6) days.
