S.L. 452.161 Art. 5Uniform allowance.      S.L. 646.13.

(1) When the employee is required by the employer to wear a uniform in the performance of the employee’s duties, such uniform shall be provided by the employer free of charge.

(2) Personal protective equipment according to the Minimum

Requirements for the Use of Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations shall also be provided by the employer free of charge.
