S.L. 452.160 Art. 3Hours of work.

The minimum weekly wages of employees in Categories A, B, C, D and E shall be related to a five (5) day week, to be determined by the employer, of not more than:

(a) forty (40) hours of work in the case of whole-time employees other than watchpersons; or

(b) forty-eight (48) hours of work in the case of watchpersons.
