S.L. 452.157 Art. 6Uniform allowance.  S.L. 646.13.

(1) When the employee is required to wear a uniform in the performance of his duties, such uniform shall be provided free of any charge by the employer.

(2) Personal protective equipment according to the Minimum

Requirements for the use of Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations shall also be provided by the employer free of charge.
