(1) When the employee is required by the employer to wear a uniform in the performance of his duties, the employer shall provide such uniform free of charge.

(2) Personal protective equipment according to the Minimum

Requirements for the use of Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations shall also be provided free of charge by the employer.
