S.L. 452.146 Art. 3Hours of work.

The minimum weekly wage shall be related to a week of not more than:

(a) forty (40) hours of work in the case of whole-time employees, other than watchpersons; and

(b) fifty-two (52) hours of work in the case of watchpersons.
