S.L. 452.142 Art. 11Interpretation.

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires:

"employee" means an employee who does not fall under Part II;

"part-time employee" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Act;

"whole-time employee" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Act.
