S.L. 452.138 Art. 9Protection against adverse treatment or consequences.

Without prejudice to article 28 of the Act, no worker or any worker being the employees’ representative, submitting a complaint to the employer or initiating legal proceedings against the employer for the purpose of enforcing compliance with the requirements established in these regulations, shall suffer from any adverse treatment or consequences.
