S.L. 452.138 Art. 13Offences and punishments.

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any provision of these regulations shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy under any other law, be guilty of an offence against the Act and shall on conviction be liable to the punishments established by article 45 of the Act.
