S.L. 452.127 Art. 8Minimumovertime rates.

Overtime rates shall be payable to all whole-time platform workers as follows:

(a) for all time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one week...............................time-and-a-half;

(b) for all time worked on any pre-determined day of rest................................................double time.
