S.L. 451.2 Art. 4Time limit.

Decisions on recognition shall be made not later than four months calculated from the time all necessary information on the case has been provided. If recognition is withheld, the reasons for the refusal to grant recognition shall be stated, and information shall be given concerning possible measures the applicant may take in order to obtain recognition at a later stage. If recognition is withheld , or if no decision is taken, the applicant shall be able to make an appeal within four months to the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications Appeals Board.
