Canned food may contain also any one or more of the following:

(i) carbohydrate;

(ii) vinegar;

(iii) alcohol;

(iv) spices and seasonings;

(v) edible oil;

(vi) citric acid;

(vii) lemon juice;

(viii) ascorbic acid;

(ix) salt, and

(x) flour, including soya flour.
