S.L. 449.33 Art. 6Transport of quick frozen food.

(1) The transport of quick-frozen food shall be carried out using only such means of transport that are registered for that purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Act and of these regulations.

(2) The storage of quick-frozen food being transported may be of a temperature that is warmer than (minus) -18ºC but not warmer than (minus) -15ºC:

Provided that the storage of quick-frozen food at these temperatures is only for a brief period for the purpose of transportation and is carried out in a manner to the satisfaction of the health authority.
