S.L. 449.33 Art. 12Verification of temperature records.

Where, further to an inspection, an authorised officer has reasonable doubt to believe that the temperature that is being or has been maintained, in respect of any quick-frozen food, is not the temperature prescribed for such food in accordance with these regulations, he shall further inspect such quick-frozen food and such temperature in accordance with the provisions of Schedules 1 and 2.
