S.L. 447.1 Art. 17Characteristics of interbranch organisations.
An interbranch organisation shall be a legal entity constituted and recognised in terms of the provisions of Articles
123 to 125 of Regulation (EC) 1234/2007 and Title IV of
Regulation (EC) 1182/2007.
