An association of producer organisations recognised by the

Director may replace its members for the purpose of managing their operational fund and for establishing, implementing and submitting their operational programmes as referred to in regulations 9 and 10. In such cases, the association shall receive the financial assistance referred to in regulation 11(1)(b).
