S.L. 445.8 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 445.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Cultural Heritage Act;

"Citadel" means the historical site of the Citadel fortifications, also known as the Gozo Bastion, within the boundaries of the locality of Rabat (Ċittà Victoria), and includes the ditch;

"Directorate" means the Directorate for Cultural Heritage within the Ministry;

"Ministry" means the Ministry assigned ministerial responsibility for Gozo Affairs;

"reservation" means the reservation made by a natural person by which the same person requests that the Citadel ditch be reserved for him.
