S.L. 445.7 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Heraldry and Genealogy Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is for the establishment of the Office of the Chief Herald of Arms of Malta and relative functions, duties and powers, and to establish procedures for the delivery of heraldic, genealogical and vexillological services.
