S.L. 442.3 Art. 20Ineligibility to benefit from the Fund.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of regulation 14 any co-operative society which is in arrears in the Fund contribution shall not benefit from funding and shall not be eligible to apply for access to funding.

(2) For the purposes of this regulation contributions made within nine months from the end of the financial year of the co-operative society shall not be considered to be in arrears.
