When a person has been granted a relevant permit by the

Local Council or by the Commissioner of Police, for the carrying out of an activity falling under regulations 5 (2)(c) and 6 and the relevant permit includes an authorisation for the setting up of temporary stalls or kiosks or the exercise of a commercial activity, that person shall not require an additional permit from the Local Council or a licence from the Trade Licensing Unit for the setting up of stalls or kiosks or the exercise of a commercial activity included in the permit.
