S.L. 441.7 Art. 4Designation of regulatory authority.

For the purpose of article 3 of the Act, the Minister has designated the Trade Licences Unit as the regulatory authority responsible for the issuing of trading licences or any other permit required by the regulatory authority as result of the Act or regulations made thereunder.
