S.L. 441.7 Art. 23Right for information and inspection.

(1) A licensee shall provide the Trade Licensing Unit and any other person authorised in that behalf, all information as may be appropriately required in relation to the commercial activity licensed under the Act.

(2) The Trade Licensing Unit and any other person as aforesaid shall have the right to enter and inspect any premises related to a commercial activity, which requires a licence under these regulations.
