S.L. 441.7 Art. 12Publication of licence issued.

The Trade Licensing Unit shall publish on its website the list of licences and licensees of commercial activities indicated in Part II of the First Schedule. The list shall contain the following information:

(a) the licence number;

(b) the name of the licence holder;

(c) the nature of the commercial activity; and

(d) the date when the licence was issued.
