S.L. 441.4 Art. 3Application to the Local Council.

(1) Every application in accordance with these regulations must be submitted to the Local Council where the activity is to take place on the prescribed form in the Schedule.

(2) The application must reach the Local Council as established in these regulations.

(3) Every authorisation issued by the Local Council shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to a particular activity in accordance with these regulations.
