S.L. 439.29 Art. 9Confiscation of animals.

The Director shall confiscate any animal which has been subject or likely to be subject to ill treatment or in relation to which an offence under the Act or these regulations, has been or is likely to be committed. Confiscation of animals may also be carried out on site.
