S.L. 439.29 Art. 3Licensing of a zoo.

(1) No person or entity shall manage, organise, set-up or operate a zoo without a licence.

(2) Any person or entity falling within the scope of sub-regulation (1) or who intends to manage, organise, set-up or operate a zoo shall apply to the Director for a licence by means of the appropriate form as may be issued by the Director.
