S.L. 439.28 Art. 8Seizure.

(1) The Director, animal welfare officers and other officers delegated with such authority to monitor compliance to these regulations may seize, confiscate, impound, and examine any dog for the purpose of determining whether it complies or otherwise with the provisions of these regulations.

(2) The Director may confiscate those non-pedigree bully type dogs that are not in conformity with these regulations or make any other arrangements as the Director may deem necessary.
