S.L. 439.28 Art. 1Citation, scope and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Prohibition of

Breeding and Keeping of Non-Pedigree Bully Type Dog Regulations.

(2) These regulations prohibit the advertisement, sale, breeding and keeping of non-pedigree bully type dogs.

(3) These regulations shall come into force within four (4) months from the date of their publication.
