S.L. 439.27 Art. 4Designation of controllers.

For the purposes of these regulations there shall be designated two (2) controllers, one (1) designated by the Minister responsible for veterinary services and another designated by the Minister responsible for local government who shall act as controllers separately and independently from each other.
