S.L. 439.26 Art. 8Accommodation capacity.

(1) The maximum number of animals to be boarded in any accommodation shall be determined by the accommodation available and in accordance with the standards which may be issued from time to time by the Minister in concurrence with the Director by means of a Government notice and published in the Gazette.

(2) Each animal shall be provided with a separate enclosure. Animals from the same household may share an enclosure of adequate size and not of detriment to the welfare of the animal and this with the written permission of the owner of the animals. In case of animals sharing an enclosure, separate beds for each animal shall be provided.
