S.L. 439.20 Art. 46Avoidance of duplication of procedures.

The competent authority in Malta shall accept data from other Member States that are generated by procedures recognised by the legislation of the Union, unless further procedures need to be carried out regarding that data for the protection of public health, safety or the environment.
