S.L. 439.20 Art. 37Application for project authorisation.

(1) The competent authority of Malta shall ensure that an application for project authorisation is submitted by the user or the person responsible for the project. The application shall include at least the following:

(a) the project proposal;

(b) a non-technical project summary; and

(c) information on the elements set out in Annex VI.

(2) The competent authority in Malta may waive the requirement in paragraph (b) for projects referred to in regulation 42(1).
