S.L. 439.20 Art. 35Controls of the inspectionsdone Malta.

(1) The competent authority in Malta shall give all in necessary assistance to the experts of the Commission in carrying out their duty to undertake controls of the infrastructure and operation of national inspections in Malta whenever there is due reason for concern, taking into account, the proportion of inspections inter alia, carried out without prior warning.

(2) The competent authority in Malta shall take measures to take account of the results of the control referred to in sub-regulation (1).
