S.L. 439.14 Art. 8Housing density.

(1) The maximum number of animals to be kept in the animal sanctuary shall be determined by the accommodation available and in accordance with the standards laid down in:

(a) Schedule II for housing cats, and

(b) Schedule III for housing dogs.

(2) On admission, animals shall be placed in single housing units in the isolation area. Exceptions may be made for animals captured and not showing aggressive behaviour to one another, and animals brought in together coming from the same litter with or without their mother, or having lived together in a group.

(3) Group kennelling shall be restricted to five adult dogs and twelve adult cats respectively.
