S.L. 439.13 Art. 26Designated veterinarian.

The Department shall at all times maintain a monitoring and control system to enforce that each breeder, supplier and user has a designated veterinarian with expertise in laboratory animal medicine, or where it is more appropriate, an expert competent person charged with advisory duties in relation to the well-being, treatment and welfare of the animals.
